Skyline Development

This project is planned to be implemented in 2 phases. In the first phase there will be around 3-5 recreational cottages with some shared space built on 5 Acre of this land for rental purposes. In the second phase, it is planned to develop this land in order to get OPA, ZBA, & SPA for subdivision application. There will be approximately 30 Detached dwellings built on 20 Acres of this land.
